For $24.95, you can get a velcro P8tch printed with a high-quality scannable QR Code which reads as a static short URL in the format http://p8t.ch/yourlink. With a passphrase, the redirect for the short URL can be changed at any time via the p8t.ch website.
Although the website’s URL setup/redirect process is obviously flawed and insecure (and seems to be broken right now for the test patch), the velcro QR Code patch concept is still rather novel. Of course, anyone that asked me to scan their patch out in the wild would probably get a serious eyebrow raise and a “Thx but I prefer my phone unpwnd.” But then I would also probably buy them a beer, so yous picks yer battles.
