Daily update on how the Angelique Houtkamp reproduction is coming. I got a lot done over the weekend. Just the face, outlining, and background fluff left. Oh, and some additional tattoo detail stuff.

Started the painting for my bedroom last night. Don’t you love my ghetto easel of dining chair + 5lb weight? Classy.
Also, just to clear it up… I’m wearing the same clothes as in the pre-painting pic from debate night since I try to only destroy one set of clothes with paint per project.

Last night I decided to start a new painting for my bedroom.
Instead of playing the debate drinking game, I tried to not punch the canvas everytime I wanted Obama to scream Are you fucking serious?!

The office directly across the street from my office.
We have a special relationship where I check in with her several times a day to see if she’s doing anything interesting, and in return she reminds me what it looks like when someone works at their desk for more than 10 minutes at a time.

Why Don’t I
Make old fashioned children’s style clothing with pinnafores and smocking, updated for grownups. Some overly precious for the hipster set, some deconstructed for the UES set.

Twitterbaiting - n. The act of sending public, direct tweets to midly-famous/internet-famous people whom you follow (but who don’t follow you) in an attempt to bait them into @replying back, thereby appearing to random passersby like you are BFF.
Also, see the double entendre factor of basically only having a conversation for your own satisfaction.
Twittergasm - n. The momentary gasp of excitement when you discover the object of your Twitterbaiting has proffered up a reply.
